EMS is an electronics-manufacturing scheme that allows not only to save customer’s expenses but also to shorten lead-time.

The advantages of the EMS are achieved by optimization of the pcb production process. The point of the optimization process is that the customer deals with one company only, and that company provides full complex of services on the project design, component supply, assembly and control.

At the same time, EMS manufacturer can also do the work only at one stage, e.g. assembly, using either own components or customer-owned raw materials.
